Julia earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University and has over 12 years of experience in the nonprofit and tech startup industries, where she helped grow teams and donor groups. Her favorite aspect: aligning these groups with organizational values.

It was a natural fit for Julia to step into firm administration, where she provides HR, marketing, and Partner support to help the Firm grow. She thrives on creating a strong foundation for the team, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Outside of work, Julia enjoys doing yoga, helping the florists at a small flower shop in Wash Park, getting lost in a great fantasy novel, or walking the neighborhood with her Boston Terrier puppy, Harris.
