Joshua Moses serves as Counsel at Werge & Corbin Law Group and has a focus on business litigation. Joshua has trial experience in federal, state, district court, appeals court, county court, and administrative court levels. Joshua has served as a committed advocate for large institutions, small businesses, and individuals.
Before joining Werge & Corbin Law Group, Joshua served as a Trial Attorney with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development where Joshua developed a strong legal background in federal litigation, government regulation, employment law, and real estate. Joshua also formed and operated his own boutique law firm focused on insurance litigation, property damage, business contracts, and employment law. Joshua’s experience both in government and as a small business owner gives Joshua a unique perspective in understanding the needs of small business owners while also possessing relevant knowledge of government regulatory frameworks. This combination allows him to effectivity bridge the gap between small business and government to advocate for practical, effective solutions.
Joshua earned his J.D. from The University of Iowa College of Law, where he also served as an Articles Editor for The Journal of Gender, Race & Justice and received the Boyd Service Award for his dedication to community service. Prior to law school, Joshua attended the University of California, Davis and obtained his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History with Honors.
When not in the courtroom, Joshua enjoys live music, skiing the Rocky Mountains, and making Mexican food for his wife and three-year-old son.
